With patient and staff safety being our number one priority, we are pleased to introduce you to the measures which we have put in place at our practice.
We have invested extensively in a state of the art ventilation system programmed to the recommended ten air changes per hour to provide the safest possible environment.
We have created hygiene stations for all of our patients to use when entering and exiting the practice.
We ask if you could please arrive as close to your appointment time as possible to help reduce crowds. There are fewer seats available in our waiting areas as we are maintaining a safe distance between patients and staff members.
Between all appointments the dental team will thoroughly disinfect the dental surgery, reducing the risk of patient exposure to anything harmful while they are in the chair.
Booking an appointment
We ask if you can book an appointment either online or over the phone. Only patients who have an appointment booked are given entry to our practice.
We will ask you to update your medical history and complete a coronavirus screening check remotely where possible.
Arriving at the practice
As our practice doors are locked, we will need you to wait outside or in your car.
Having your treatment
Inside, you will notice that we have put up screens at the reception and placed social distancing markers. This is to better help us maintain safety inside the practice. In places where it’s not possible to follow social distancing – in the surgery – our team will be in full PPE. Rest assured, they are still the same friendly and welcoming team.
Once you’ve had your treatment, we will bring you back into the reception area. We ask if you can either pay via card wherever possible, preferably contactless.
