We have made changes at the practice so we can deliver your dental care.
In order to follow social distancing guidelines from the government and regulatory bodies, we are limiting how many patients we can see a day. It’s a necessary step for us to take so we can allow for a ‘fallow’ period between each patient where we disinfect the surgery and waiting room.
Booking an appointment
We ask if you can book an appointment either online or over the phone. Only patients who have an appointment booked are given entry to our practice.
We will ask you to update your medical history and complete a coronavirus screening check remotely.
Arriving at the practice
As our practice doors are locked, we will need you to wait outside or in your car.
Having your treatment
Inside, you will notice that we have put up screens at the reception and placed social distancing markers. This is to better help us maintain safety inside the practice. In places where it’s not possible to follow social distancing – in the surgery – our team will be in full PPE. Rest assured, they are still the same friendly and welcoming team.
Once you’ve had your treatment, we will take you back into the reception area. We ask if you can either pay via contactless or arrange payment before visiting.
